We work with asanas, pranayama, chakras, meridians, meditation, visualisaton, sound and relaxation. We also organise Yoga Nidra sessions and singing bowl concerts. All to improve your balance of Body & Mind. Classes are in Dutch as well as in English. Winfried Termaaten has over 25 years of experience and is both a yogateacher and energetic healer.

teachings of yoga and meditation to obtain balance of body and mind. Our studio is an inspiring and peaceful space where you can meet and talk to other yogis before and after the class. Our class schedule is very diverse so we can meet the different needs of our students.
