The studio is run by Donald Hargrove who is a fully qualified yoga teacher with Chi Yoga Centre and Yoga Alliance.
Donald specializes in Ashtanga, Yoga Flow and Kum Nye yoga.

Sundays: 5.00 - 6.30p.m. Kum Nye
Beginners Level 2 Ashtanga: Suitable for all levels of fitness. In this class you can expect to work through the majority of the primary series in the style of a led class but with demonstations and teaching points included throughout. At other times we may take it slower focusing into certain postures as we progress through the asanas.
General level Ashtanga: Some experience preferred and a fair level of fitness. In this class we flow through the primary series covering the majority of the asanas with demonstrations and teaching points throughout. Like a train journey, enjoy the ride!
Yoga Flow: Suitable for all levels of fitness and ages. Yoga Flow will help you work towards a stronger and more supple body, building endurance and agility and increased energy levels not to mention a more relaxed mind. This would also be a suitable class for beginners who might wish to go on to do Ashtanga.
Kum Nye Yoga: This class is suitable for all levels of experience, fitness and ages. Kum Nye helps bring awareness to the mind/body, relieve stress, transform negative patterns and promote balance and health. Meditation is an integral part of the practice.
