Our experieced yoga instructor, Trevor Koch, has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and has received his training in India from the very BKS Iyengar himself. Trevor has worked with various athletes to improve their performance as well as helping people with back problems.
Iyengar Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga, that through the aid of gentle stretches and corrections brings the body back to its natural state of alignment. In a regular class you can expect to slowly progress through the poses until you are able to do more advanced variations.
