Individually planned sequences pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga poses, relaxation and meditation will be included in each program 3 different styles of Yoga that will bring a complete practice all equipment that will be required body adjustment and alignment philosophy and teachings of Yoga

Hatha Yoga This is a slow pace, gentle stretch style of Yoga that incorporates breathing exercises that make it a great place to learn basic poses focusing on proper body alignment, strength building, flexibility and muscle tone that lead to immense benefits, relieving stress and promoting deeper relaxation while becoming comfortable on your mat.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Is a discipline that utilizes postures and breathing techniques and it encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is more fast paced, linking together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. Routine practice increases muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, reducing stress levels and added cardiovascular benefits.
Restorative Yoga Seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props which allow for the maintaining of balance while stimulating and relaxing your body and targeting specific parts such as the heart or lungs. This form of Yoga provides healing for the body and mind and can also help recovery from illness and injury, also activating the parasympathetic nervous system which enables automatic control of the body. This results in the regular nervous system resting and the muscles become more relaxed.
