Drop-ins are welcome to any of a complete schedule of day & evening classes. The studio also offers 200 hr. therapeutic hatha yoga teacher training on a convenient schedule.(See studio website for details.) Instructor Marcia Scredon,E-RYT has taught locally since 1994 and has trained with many of the finest teachers in the country including Joseph LaPage, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Jonas Wettig, Amy Weintaub, Sarah Powers and Rod Stryker.
