Hatha yoga was designed to align your skin, muscles and bones. The postures open up the many channels of the body, especially the main channel - THE SPINE, so that energy can flow freely. I instruct classes that promote training in mindfulness, body-breath awareness & spiritual empowerment. As well as methodically sequenced breath work, asanas, philosophy, stillness & guided meditation. All courses are open for all levels. Sessions are safe, non-judgmental and non-competitive to promote an atmosphere for growth and self-realization. Available to instruct public, corporate and private sessions. Intuitive Reiki session are also available.
