Judie Subert is the instructor. Judie began her practice of yoga in 1996 and began teacher training in 2000. Judie has studied with senior teachers from different schools of yoga. Her teaching style is a blend of fluid movement of postures known as vinyasa, Hatha yoga, with attention given to alignment of the Iyengar school with a focus on breath or pranayama. Judie apprentices with Dr. Ranjani Mari Elaine Cobo, MPH master yogi.
