The Ashtanga Yoga Institute has many talented yoga teachers coming from a variety of traditions. We offer classes suitable for beginners, advanced students, people with limited mobility, and children. A few of the specialty classes we offer include: Adaptive Yoga, Back Care Basics Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga, Mama & Baby Yoga, and Little Yogis (for kids ages 2-5).
