Your Community Yoga Center is dedicated to the practice and teaching of yoga, making Yoga accessible to all. We offer classes in a variety of styles, including Para Yoga, Hatha, Tantra, Kripalu, Vinyasa flow, Astanga, Anusara and Yoga Spirit.
