Unity Woods is one of the largest and most highly respected yoga centers in the country. We offer classes for students of all levels in asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing), special workshops with some of the world's finest teachers, weekend intensives, and programs covering various aspects of the science and art of Yoga. All our classes follow the Iyengar method of yoga, based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, the foremost living yoga teacher in the world.
