Beginner This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or for those who want a mild series of yoga asanas (postures). It introduces students to the fundamentals of yoga asanas and breathing (Pranayama). The class will be composed of easy poses, mild holding, lots of information and modifications. Class length is one hour.
Intermediate This class is for level two yoga students and above. This class is designed for those experienced in yoga. It includes more challenging postures, longer holds allowing one to deepen your awareness and expand your yoga practice. Class length is one and a half hours.
Prenatal Yoga This class is for mothers-to-be of all levels new or practiced in yoga. The class encompasses a series of asanas designed to connect the body movement and breath. Emphasis will be placed on deepening the breath, opening the hips, strengthening the back, preparing for birth, and connecting with your baby. Class length is one hour.
Office Yoga For those who are office bound all day. A fun and casual session of exercises that you can do at your desk or office in casual business attire. I will travel to your office for these classes. Class length is 30 minutes.
Special Needs Yoga One-on-one classes tailored for those with special needs. Class length is one hour.
Also available for events and sports teams.
Fees The first class is FREE so you can try it out. Rates are from $5.00 to $15.00 a class depending on if it is a group or individual session. Group rates are available for $60.00 an hour. Senior and multiple class discounts are also given. Email me for specific details. Individual sessions can be specifically tailored to your particular needs.
