We are an intimate, community oriented center that offers yoga, dance, creative & healing arts programs. We believe that yoga should be available to everyone, regardless of income level, and we offer several community classes a week on a donation basis. We also offer in-depth courses, workshops and retreats on such topics as the Chakra System, Yoga for Creativity, Restorative Yoga & Ayurveda, among other things.
