Tom Coleman, a former corporate guy, now teaches Ashtanga based Vinyasa Yoga. His teachers have included David Swenson, Shiva Rea, and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. A life long practitioner of Bhakti yoga, Tom seeks to share the physical, emotional and spiritual gifts of yoga.
