We are Spokane's only Yoga Alliance registered teacher training program. Our program is taught by senior teachers from our area, in a multi style, experiential way. The actual classroom hours are spread out on weekends over a six month period, a 500 hour program, that builds on the 200hr will be available in the Fall of 2009.
