Lama Lobsang Palden Rinpoche teaches Tibetan Yantra Yoga, an energetic yoga which has similarities to Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and T'ai Chi/Chi Gung. Yantra Yoga was first taught in 7th-century Tibet by a student of Guru Padmasambhava. Ancient movements and mudras combine to circulate and rejuvenate the body's energy. The body is the physical manifestation of enlightened potential, if we can learn to actualize it. Lama Lobsang also teaches Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, offers Tibetan Healing Energy Massage and Purification Sessions, and regularly teaches workshops and leads Tibetan Healing Circles.
