YogaFLow DVD: A full-length yoga class of gently building, energetic, and flowing asana blending Eastern and Western Spirituality with universal alignment principles. Includes visual insets for alternate postures and may be modified for a short morning workout of 20 minutes or an entire flow class of 82 minutes including a deep Savasana. All levels.
