Breath and meditation exercises are the core of my practice and teaching. My classes focus on vinyasa yoga and incorporate Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, and Kripalu yoga and various styles of meditation. I am also certified to teach Pilates matwork. If you come to a class that I am teaching, you will be given options for poses, options for pacing, and I will be happy to assist you. I learn form everyone who attends a class, whether they are new to yoga or experienced. I love attending yoga classes, too!
