Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga in Northern Thailand The Mysore class from Yogasala has now moved to the Yogatree studio inside the old city. This season William will be teaching November, then Liz Derow through December and January and William again in February. Class will be Mysore style with a taught (led) class at the weekend. We are also planning to hold some workshops and additional beginner sessions, but all are welcome to the Mysore class as always, no experience required!
