Hazel teaches Hatha Yoga in Oxford and surrounding area. Classes are Suitable for all levels - Beginners welcome. The classes include Asanas (postures), working with mindfulness and the breath, and always close with a meditation. All the classes are mixed ability but do vary in style. Begin your week in Appleton at 6.30pm Monday evening or start the weekend early in Summertown at 10am Friday. The gentle class ideal for beginners is Tuesday 9.30am in Cumnor Old School and the strongest moving into poweryoga style is Tuesday evening at 7.30pm in Old Headington Parish Hall.
