The Yoga course has been taking place in Essen since 1999 and in our own rooms in Essen -Steele since 2002. The leader of the course, Vlad Ghitulescu, is expert in Yoga for many years. He is approved and examined Yoga teacher (Y.O.G.A. Ashram Rishekesh, India). The course is structured in several sections. To take part in the course no previous knowledge is required. It starts with some general exercises. Gradually, depending on the progress of the participants, more complex topics and techniques will be taught. The course also offers very detailed written material which completes the practical part. Test Night You can visit us free of charge during the current courses whenever you want and without an obligation to book. Furthermore, new courses will start perodically so that an entry is possisble at almost any time. Apart of a mat/rug, casual clothes, enthusiasm and curiosity you won`t need anything else :-) Have a look at our courses in our Yoga center every wednesday and friday beginning on 7 p.m.!
