A non-profit wellness center dedicated to providing yoga and yoga-based therapy to people of all ages and abilities. 21 classes a week plus special monthly weekend classes, free kirtan twice a month. We offer professional trainings in our yoga-based therapy approach and a 10-day residential teacher training.
