At One Yoga offers over 200 classes a week with locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Classes include Intro, Flow, Power, Restorative, Pre-Natal, Ashtanga, Mysore, Basics, Community, Gentle, Intermediate, Kids, Meditation and Tai Chai.
Both At One Yoga studios include a boutique offering yoga clothing, props, mats, mat bags, videos, music, candles, jewelry and many other items to support the yogic lifestyle.
At One Yoga offers a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training Program directed by Ian Lopatin and taught by instructors Vanessa Lee, John Salisbury, Alex Austin and Jenn Chiarelli.

Whether you are interested in deepening your own practice or you feel the call to teach, the At One Yoga Teacher Training program is committed to the personal success of each participant. Students are encouraged to engage in 'svadhyaya' the Sanskrit term for self-inquiry and use the program as a significant part of their continuing journey on the road to self-knowledge. Students will acquire the confidence to communicate the practice of yoga to others with the highest level of skill while honoring their own unique voice and style. The At One Yoga program will broaden your perspective of yoga - culminating in an experience that is transformational on every level: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
At One Yoga Teacher Training program is structured to fully prepare you to meet the registration requirements of Yoga Students interested in pursuing registration with Yoga Alliance will be required to complete the entire Student Intensives program within a one year period to be eligible for registry. At One Yoga Teacher Training programs, are registered by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education.
Topics covered in the 200 Hour program meet or exceed all the required standards set forth by Yoga Alliance in the areas of: Techniques: the guided practice of, and analytical training in traditional yoga techniques, including yoga asana, pranayama, chanting, mantra, and meditation. Teaching Methodology: principles of demonstration, observation, assisting/correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, and business aspects of teaching yoga. Anatomy and Physiology: both human physical anatomy and physiology (bodily systems, bones, muscles, organs, etc.) as well as energy anatomy and physiology (chakras, nadis, etc.) Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers Practicum: actual practice teaching, giving and receiving feedback and observing others teaching. Tuition also includes 140 classroom hours, required reading materials, free yoga throughout the course of the program and discounts on boutique purchases. Electives fees are not included in tuition and are the responsibility of the individual student. Enrolled students are extended a 20% discount on all elective workshops purchased at At One Yoga for the duration of enrollment in the program. There is no fee for required classroom observations.
At One Yoga Teacher Training programs are a serious commitment for participants and teachers. Space is limited, $500 deposit is required to hold your space for a session. To reserve your place in the training you must submit your application along with a minimum $500 deposit. A 10% discount will be applied to tuition if paid in full prior to session start date.
