All our classes are drop in and no more than 8 students to provide individual attention. Restorative yoga aids with injuries and stiff joints, opening shoulders, hips and neck. After spending 10 years working as a prenatal teacher, our prenatal yoga class instructor has the combination of information necessary for labour and birth integrated with yoga poses and philosophy.
