Bikram Yoga is a challenging series of 26 postures done in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees. Bikram Yoga will challenge your mind, body and spirit, and you will leave feeling rejuvenated and energized. All of our classes are beginning level classes. We offer water for sale, towel service and shower and changing facilities. Please see our website for tips for first time students, rates, class schedules, directions and other information. Be prepared to work hard and sweat. Please be warned this type of yoga is addicting. See you soon.
