Classes are held on the beach or in your home. Will teach individuals or groups.Teaching yoga for 12 years and practicing for 10 years. Instruction is designed for the beginner to intermediate in the classic style of Iyengar yoga as well as Vinyasa or Flow Yoga. Creative Flow yoga for children being held at Reflexions studio in Gold's Gym on US1. Background/Experience in Physical Therapy, Diabetes Management, and Personal Fitness Training.
