Bradley Kapture, author and teacher, is the founder of Yoga 4 Diabetes. He owned and operated yoga studios for several years during which time he developed a unique posture series that he taught in classes and seminars. These results inspired him to share his his yoga method and help others with diabetes reduce or eliminate dependance on medication and also help those with pre-diabetes from developing diabetes.
