I teach a gentle yoga class to a wide range of people in sports centers, community centers, hospitals, and senior centers. I work with all kinds of common medical issues such as low back, knee, arthritis, etc. In the past year I have put together a class for men, which has helped them play sports and be aware of their limitations, resulting in fewer injuries. I can also work with more serious medical issues privately. The yoga class explores and promotes your own knowledge of your body and facilitates a personal understanding of your body.
