Safe yoga classes designed for large bodies. Beginners are welcome. Join us in a supportive environment to release stress, enhance flexibility, strength and balance, increase body and breath awareness and deepen knowledge and understanding of yoga. Postures are modified to fit individual students' needs. Sally Pugh is a Certified Ananda Yoga Teacher and Certified Practitioner of Body Mind Centering. Although not a large woman herself, she has over 20 years experience as a movement therapist and educator working with people of all sizes. Classes in Berkeley and San Francisco.
