Yoga & Earth Harp Retreat, Sonic Chakra Yoga at the Omega Institute

Suitable for all levels and backgrounds, the exercises and music transmute our energy to promote optimal physical and energetic health, and creative inspiration. Throughout the weekend, we practice yoga and learn to examine the chakras, physically and musically. We connect with the frequencies, vibrations, and qualities of each chakra to bring them into balance, increase our sense of well-being, and subtly transform our life.

Everyone has the opportunity to play the Earth Harp and combine it with movement, vocalization, drumming, and other instrumentation, creating a collaborative experience, where each of us adds our own unique talents and expression.

Bring other instruments, if you like. No musical experience is required.

Andrea Brook is a spiritual counselor, life coach, and yoga teacher, who uses the chakras as a framework to help individuals facilitate change in their lives. Brook is also a performing artist who has toured internationally with MASS Ensemble since 2001.
