Jennifer practices and teaches yoga from the heart, offering students a compassionate, soothing, and energizing environment from which to center oneself and bring calm and focus to the mind. Her classes are aimed towards reconnecting fully with the breath and the present moment, creating balance for one's mind, body and spirit. She emphasizes anatomically correct form and safety in postures, and focuses on breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. Classes are available at a variety of locations in central New Jersey.
