For aspiring teachers, join our 12 month Hatha Yoga Teacher Training diploma, recognised by the YTAA, and now in its 6th year of training wonderful, authentic and safe yoga teachers. Qi also offers a wide range of classes in many styles of yoga (and Pilates)with some of Sydney's best teachers in 3 customised yoga studios (and natural health centres) along Sydney's Northern Beaches. Over 70 casual classes each week allow students to choose when they want to practice. Regular courses for every level of experience also run regularly. We are dedicated to providing real yoga, real choice, allowing students to enjoy the well-being and spiritual insights of a regular practice.
