Classes held at CSY are as follow: standard classes (1h and 30min) include postures, breath control exercises, relaxation and concentration techniques; longer classes (1h and 50 min) beside the above mentioned practices, include meditation techniques, mantra yoga and hints on yoga sources; short classes (1h), conceived for those people who wish to practise during lunch break or early in the morning, include postures, breath control exercises and relaxation techniques. Advanced classes are dedicated to concentration and meditation techniques based on classical yoga and tantra texts.
