YogaSala, which means home or abode of Yoga in Sanskrit, is meant to create a place and community where "in the chaos of Istanbul and Ankara life" people can come practice yoga, breathe and be at home in their bodies. Classes at YogaSala are multi-level and we offer eclectic yoga styles, workshops and one-on-one class. Our current classes feature Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Kripalu, Sivananda, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, as well as classes for PreNatal, Pilates and Yoga Kids. At the core of YogaSala is a passionate, committed group of teachers and staff who understand, first hand, the joy and power of Yoga.
