Mothering Touch Prenatal Yoga is stimulating, relaxing and stress-releasing, pure bliss for the pregnant mama-to-be. Our instructors will lead you through safe yoga poses, pelvic floor strengthening, breath awareness and shavasana.
Mom and Baby Yoga involves safe sequences of postnatal poses that follow the body's natural recovery process after childbirth. Classes include relaxation and discussion. Babies who are not yet mobile are welcome.
Toddler yoga is an opportunity for parents of any gender to incorporate their toddlers in their yoga practice. The toddlers participate as they are ready and the parents get their practice in.
