Simona initially trained as a Sivananda Yoga teacher and then went on to experience and train in different styles of yoga.. Her classes combine the asanas (postures), breathing techniques, chanting and philosophy. The classes are flowing and dynamic being led by the breath. She teaches privately in London twice a month and teaches group classes and privately in Bath. Simona has trained in and is qualified to teach beginners, general and intermediate students as well as pre & post natal yoga, mums & babies and kids classes. There are also 5 other teachers teaching at The Yoga Bodhi Centre in Bath offering different styles of yoga.
