A Montreal native, Yasmin was first introduced to meditation by her mother as a child and began practicing yoga at the age of 14. She is now a certified personal trainer, filmmaker, journalist and passionate yoga instructor. Yasmin’s classes also incorporate core strengthening exercises from both Pilates and Martial Arts. As founder and director of PRACTICE BLISS™, Yasmin has trained professional athletes and given workshops in studios, schools and corporations in various parts of the world. She continues to travel and to share the joy of yoga with people of all ages and backgrounds.
