I have been Practising Yoga for over 20 years. My Initial teacher training was at the Sivananda ashram in upstate new york although having lived in the middle east was already taking instruction from various indian yoga practicioners. I have since studied various forms namely vinyasa and ashtanga in India and would say my classes are eclectic! The breath is one of our most powerful tools and I place a lot of emphasis on its use.I work with the pressure points and chakras.
