Live Yoga is a friendly, community-minded yoga studio located in the heart of beautiful White Rock. Live Yoga’s mandate is to have a class for everyone. All levels of health and ability are welcome, with appropriate levels of yoga for the very beginner to the advanced yogi. Our class schedule is aimed to include classes for the entire community, including students, seniors and prenatal. Our small class sizes mean that you receive personal attention. As yoga is designed to make us feel happy, healthy, and peaceful, we want to give as many people a chance to experience it as possible. We welcome everyone to our studio, and keep our rates reasonable so that our studio is accessible to all. A small studio with a big heart.
