Bi-Annual Retreat in the South of France Personal Attention Each morning will begin with a half hour of meditation. The daily two hour classes will follow the Vinyasa (flow)style with traditional and untraditional yoga postures linked to breath through movement. Additionally,there will be special event sessions introducing different techniques including; walking meditation,chi gong,Oki-do yoga,Tai-Chi, oriental healing, nerve exercises,self massage techniques to rejuvenate and tone the body, breathing techniques, visualization and deep relaxation.
