Therapeutic Gentle Hatha Yoga Classes - small intimate yoga class where yoga poses are adapted for people experiencing tightness, pain or illness - Wed 9:00-10:15 A.M. Instructor has experience working with children and adults. Linda is certified and registered yoga teacher at the 500 hour level. Instructor is also a YogaKids facilitator and Taste of YogaKids/Tools for Schools trainer and has experience working with children with(Autism, ADHD and Down Syndrome)in private and group settings. Therapeutic privates for adults or children available.
