Lauren has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching yoga, prenatal yoga and pilates since 2001. She recently moved back to NYC from Tel Aviv, Israel, where she founded the popular studio Chandra Yoga. Her classes focus on recognizing our postural habits, creating more appropriate patterns, alignment, and tension release. Lauren has studied with many wonderful teachers and in the last few years has found great inspiration studying anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews.
