CARLOW AND TULLOW WEEKLY CLASSES Pam's most popular class is a gentle Hatha class, catering for beginners and continuers with plenty of attention to breathing and relaxation. The Hatha yoga in shadow style is gaining popularity as it challenges more, builds strength, moves all the joints, all while drawing attention inwards through the breath. Private lessons are available by arrangement. Country cottage guests at Ballin Temple, a nature sanctuary set in an area of natural beauty, may also avail of private lessons. Our self-catering country cottages are great for families wanting a bit of nature to play in, or a romantic rendez-vous in a peaceful setting. Enjoy private walks in unspoiled nature along the River Slaney, and the views of rolling, patchwork hills of Ireland.
