Practice Bikram Yoga in Northern New Jersey. Bikram Yoga is a demanding 26 posture series. Each 90 minute session is practiced in a heated room to warm up the entire body. This allows you to work deep into the muscles, tendons, ligaments, organs and every cell of the body. Primarily Bikram's Yoga is an excellent preventive activity as well as a system that can reduce many symptoms of chronic ailments and diseases.
The class is designed for all levels whether a first time student or an advanced practictioner.
In time, you will learn how to focus the mind and breath. This allows you to practice deeper while remaining calm and balanced.
