10 month, 250 hour, in-depth teacher training exploring the subtle art of yoga. Training includes asana, meditation, epistemology, cosmology, subtle anatomy, yama and niyama, "A Day in the Life of a Yoga" (ancillary practices), surrender, seva and self-study. Course work is situated around the Gita-inspired practice of Pariprashna - asking the right questions. 6 weekly classes.
