Jaya Yoga is a friendly, comfortable place where there is a class for everyone. Our teachers are trained and certified in different styles or schools of Hatha Yoga, therefore, class styles vary. Feel free to ask us for more information, or for help in finding the class that's right for you. Visit our expanded store - we have a wonderful selection of yoga props, books, music, and more, as well as gift certificates. Jaya Yoga is simply the name of our center, not a style of yoga. "Jaya" is a Sanskrit word for victory, triumph, success! Our sincere wish for everyone is to be in good health, to have courage in facing challenges, and to experience the joy in living life with an open heart.
