The Center provides yoga and other body-mind programs for stress and pain management. These programs complement a client’s current medical or therapeutic treatment program. Our programs are not designed to diagnose. We are not doctors or therapists. We are teachers. We help you develop new skills – skills that let you listen and learn from your own body, your own mind. We teach you how to change your life by reducing and managing the stress and pain you are experiencing.
