A variety of satyananda yoga techniques are used. I also conduct classes & undertake private tuitions. I cater to the individual need of the student as each body's requirement is different.A short basic course in yoga is designed to have an overall view about managing self to cope with daily life in which a healthy life-style is stressed upon with proper guidance, keeping mind-body-soul as one unit in mind. i have lived in the Bihar School of Yoga for 18 months and passed the one year diploma course from 1997-1998.
