Caroline Boulinguez and colleagues share and teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for ten years as learnt from Guruji, Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga is a dynamic and energetic yoga, characterized in practice by the synchronism of the breathing, the postures and the glances (drishti). . Private sessions and courses provided to individuals and corporates. Regular workshops on Sundays and international workshops planned ahead with traveling teachers.
