I am a RYT Hatha yoga instructor. I teach at a number of locations, please visit my website for the current schedule. I can incorporate any level into any of my classes. Classes include general ongoing yoga, power yoga (ashtanga style), yoga for inflexible bodies and pilates. I also practice reiki. Be prepared to groove to the music during class, you might hear anything from Stereolab to Krishna Das, to Dave Matthews, to the Grateful Dead.
