Patrick's style of teaching has been influenced by the people he learned from as well as the students who have come to him. Patrick sees each style of yoga presents certain aspects of the practice more clearly than other approaches, but no single approach is or can be complete. As every day is a new experience, every class will be different depending on the students' energy and what Patrick's experience sees as best for the moment.
